For one of our clients, an international Hig Premium Brand, we are looking for a professional and experienced Floor Manager to work in their boutique in Rome.
As Floor Manager you will be the Brand Ambassador for both employees and clients showing an entrepreneurial mind-set and ensuring team effectiveness and keeping up to the company’s high standards.
Main Responsibilities
The Floor Manager will have to achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing the business opportunities; lead the team through morning briefings, training and direct coaching together with management, including motivating and communicating sales targets; contribute to sales figures analysis and elaborations; actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client’s network locally; contribute to high level of customer service; ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, selling ceremony, behaviours; contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising; lead the team by example and demonstrate day by day the behaviour that is representative of the brand; maintain communication with the management, sharing information, processes, and ideas to improve the business.
