Job description

Luxetalent is currentlye looking for an experienced TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER for one of our international clients from the premium lifestyle segment.

We are talking about young and innovative brand that gives great importance to modern design, the highest quality and a unique customer service.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, actively supervise applicants management and conduct job interviews
  • You will evaluate new recruiting measures, analyze trends and develop a future-oriented recruiting strategy
  • You research and identify suitable candidates in relevant recruiting channels for our markets
  • You are part of the People & Culture team and work on your own various HR projects

 

 

Requirements

  • You have at leats 3 years of experience in a versatile talent acquisition function
  • You have a good feel for people and are able to quickly identify which candidates fit into our a specific corporate culture
  • Your structured and pragmatic approach enables you to create and maintain an overview of all recruiting activities
  • You have a high affinity for active sourcing and social media
  • You are a team player and combine heart with professionalism and reliability
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You're able to start february 2020 at latest.
  • You are fluent in German AND English
