Retail Area Manager (Jewelry)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a  Retail Area Manager to manage the local franchisees and direct corporate-owned stores.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

Responsibilities as Retail Area Manager:

• Provide leadership and direct Store Managers in all phases of store operations: merchandising, visuals, people, stock, sales & CRM.
• Ensure compliance from all store managers to all company sales policies, procedures, and quality standards in customer service
• Supervise and encourage participation in online employee training at stores in the country.
• Provide Training activities in stores. Manage the relationship with external suppliers for training and/or development projects.
• Supervise staff development at the point of sale: appearance, rotation, product training, motivation, engagement with the brand
• Manage and/or oversee the process of hiring and managing staff; Coach, motivate and develop Store Managers and Associates.
• Execute new store openings, special events, and promotions.
• Manage operational issues with landlords and search resources/support in view of promotions
•  Manage inventory calendar and develop strategies to promote sales and control inventory results
