Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking for a Boutique Manager for a new opening of a Luxury Brand in Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona.
The main duties and activities to develop will be:
-Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards, creating excellent and long-lasting relationships with the clients;
-Working within established guidelines, maintaining visual merchandising standards, personnel appearance and boutique maintenance;
-Be highly motivated and goal-oriented, focused on results and analyzing KPI’s by leading the team to their best potentials and individual growth.
-Create and work with challenging and motivated staff member, creating a good work environment were diversity and empathy is a must;
As a Boutique Manager for a Luxury Brand, we think of a 3/5 years experienced profile, mainly with Fashion Luxury brands. Proven experience in client service skills, willingness to envolve in the organization, motivativated and deep awareness iin digital background as MS Office and warehouse managment systems-
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills. Fluent english, another language is a plus.
